Dr. Edward Hernandez Endowed Scholarship

The Dr. Edward Hernandez Endowed Scholarship is presented to College of Optometry students who best meet the following criteria as determined by the College of Optometry Awards Committee: 1) A first-generation college student; 2) Demonstrated involvement with or service to the Hispanic community; 3) Reside in or wish to practice in an historically medically underserved community; and 4) Demonstrated financial need through WesternU’s Financial Aid Office.
