East West Scholarship (CHS-PA)

The CHS-Physician Assistant East West Scholarship is available to a College of Health Sciences – Physician Assistant student on the Pomona campus who has demonstrated a strong commitment to volunteerism and has financial need. One (1) scholarship award is available in the amount of $1,500. The recipient must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA at the end of the Fall Semester. Applicants must write an essay (500 words or less) addressing their strong commitment to volunteerism prior to attending WesternU and including current involvement with an emphasis on community service and what they have learned from their experiences. Past scholarship recipients are ineligible to reapply. (Completing the application for this scholarship will also qualify you to be considered for the $1,000 Tai-Hing Wu, MD, PharmD Endowed Scholarship.)
