CVS Health Foundation Pharmacy Scholarship

The CVS Health Foundation Pharmacy School Grants Program has provided scholarship funds to the College of Pharmacy for the CVS Health Foundation Pharmacy Scholarship. Six (6) $1,000 scholarships are available (pending funding).

Distribution of the scholarship money will be based on the following:
1) 1 scholarship will be awarded to students who meet the criteria listed below
2) 1 scholarship will be awarded to a student who meets the criteria listed below and is fluent speaking bilingual in any languages.
3) 4 scholarships will be awarded to students who meet the criteria listed below and are also fluent speaking bilingual in English and Spanish specifically

Criteria: The following are the criteria established by the Scholarship Recognition and Awards Committee using information provided by CVS Health Foundation. Applicants must be students in the College of Pharmacy who:
1) Students are interested in a career in community pharmacy practice;
2) students must be in good academic standing;
3) are in any professional year of pharmacy school;
4) a student may receive this scholarship award only once;
5) students intern/volunteer their time with an organization that supports underserved populations.
