CGN Hispanic Community Scholarship
shall be awarded to one or more outstanding CGN students in good standing who are from a group currently or historically underrepresented in graduate health sciences education and who demonstrate past and future commitment to supporting and advancing health equity within historically underserved or underprivileged communities, especially within Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernardino, Anaheim, Bakersfield, and Riverside.

Share how your experiences have enhanced your worldview and ignited your passion to effect change for a vulnerable population. Explain your involvement in working on a team that was involved in a community or global outreach project. Please consider the following: How did the team engage community leaders and stakeholders? How was the project evaluated for effectiveness (data collection and analysis)? Please include any required citation in APA format (7th Ed.). Please limit word count between 750 to 1000 words excluding references.
