Cardinal Health Pharmacy Scholarship

Cardinal Health has provided $5000 in restricted scholarship funds to the College of Pharmacy for the Cardinal Health Pharmacy Scholarship in support of students interested in a career in independent community pharmacy practice. The total amount awarded annually is segmented into two (2) scholarships. Each scholarship is $2500.

Criteria: The following are the criteria established by the Scholarship Recognition and Awards Committee:
1) Students who are currently in their P-4 year and are enrolled in Advanced Elective PHRM 8400 “Leadership/Entrepreneurial" track (with an interest in independent ownership)” are eligible to apply.
2) Students must be in good academic standing.
3) Planning to practice in an independent community pharmacy setting.
4) Must complete and pass the Advanced Elective.

In order to apply students must:
1) Complete Scholarship Application
2) Submit a Personal Statement supporting a career in independent community pharmacy.
3) Submit a current curriculum vitae or resume.
