Dr Jessica Pierog Memorial Emergency Medicine Scholarship

The Dr. Jessica Pierog Memorial Emergency Medicine Scholarship shall be awarded annually to one fourth-year COMP student on the Pomona campus, who is in good academic standing, has financial need, and has matched into an emergency medicine residency. The recipient shall be selected by COMP faculty based on their board scores, performance on clinical rotations, prestige of residency match, and involvement and leadership in emergency medicine through clubs, outreach, and scholarly work.

All submitted work must reflect the student’s own original thinking, analysis, and expression. Any use of AI-generated material will be considered a violation of academic honesty policies and may result in disqualification of award application.
